Textbook Center Partner Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Partner on Textbook Center (operated by VividVista), you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Items
You may only list and sell **original second-hand physical textbooks**. Photocopies, scanned copies, PDFs, digital files, or pirated/reproduced books are strictly prohibited.

2. Compliance with South African Law
All sales must comply with the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, and all other applicable South African laws. You confirm that all books you sell are legally acquired original copies and you have the right to sell them.

3. Accurate Descriptions
You must provide honest and accurate descriptions of the condition of each book. Misrepresentation of book condition or authenticity may result in account suspension and removal of listings.

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to upload, sell, or promote any illegal, infringing, or counterfeit material. Textbook Center reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Payment and Payouts
All payouts will be made to the bank account details provided. You are responsible for ensuring your banking details are correct.

6. Platform Rules
You agree to abide by all platform rules, pricing guidelines, and code of conduct set by Textbook Center. Failure to do so may result in permanent account termination.

7. Liability
Textbook Center acts only as a platform and is not liable for disputes between partners and buyers. You are responsible for your own transactions.
