By proceeding, you agree to the following terms:
1. Platform Role
VividVista is an intermediary marketplace. We are not the seller unless explicitly stated.
2. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate, honest information about product condition, availability, pricing and delivery. They must keep payment details up to date. VividVista is not responsible for payout issues caused by incorrect seller banking details.
3. Payment & Payouts
Sellers are paid only after:
- Funds have fully cleared in our account (3–7 business days typical).
- Buyer has confirmed the correct product was received (typically 4–7 working days after delivery).
4. Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds are available only for damaged or defective products (Consumer Protection Act compliant).
No refunds will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong purchase / incorrect selection
- Late delivery or courier delays
- Dissatisfaction with quality/appearance (unless defective)
- Digital products once accessed
