PristineKleen acts as a facilitator by providing administrative links and job postings. Customers request services, and Workers accept jobs for a fee. While we vet Workers and Customers to a reasonable extent, each party remains responsible for their own conduct, safety, and property.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure their property is safeguarded during cleaning services.
• Customers are responsible for supervising access to their premises and securing valuables.
• The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Worker Responsibilities

• Workers must exercise caution and professionalism when accepting jobs.
• Workers are responsible for their own safety and conduct while performing services.
• The Company is not liable for personal injury or disputes arising from independent service agreements.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and service preferences to facilitate connections between Customers and Workers. Data is processed in compliance with international privacy laws, including GDPR (EU), POPIA (South Africa), and other applicable frameworks.

• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with trusted partners strictly for service facilitation.
• Users may request data deletion or correction by contacting us.

5. Ads Policy

At present, PristineKleen does not display advertisements. If ads are introduced in the future:

• Ads will comply with international advertising standards.

• Users will have the option to opt out of targeted advertising.

6. Child Policy

• We do not hire minors under the age of 18 as Workers.
• We do not permit minors to register, log in, or use the platform as Customers.
• If we discover accounts created by minors, they will be terminated immediately.
